What does the hire price include?
The hire price includes the driver, fuel, tolls and parking, for every service in the table. Water on board and child seats come at no extra charge. Meals and entry fees stay at the client’s charge.
What changes the price of a minibus?
The price changes with the capacity chosen and the length of the service, from €25 for a simple transfer to €130 for a full day in a 15-seat minibus. The number of passengers on board never changes the rate.
How does the extra-kilometre charge work?
The package covers 80 km on a half day and 250 km on a full day. Each extra kilometre costs from €4.00 in a 7-seat van to €5.50 in a 15-seat minibus. The vehicle’s odometer settles the count at the end of the service.
How much does a multi-day tour cost per day?
A multi-day tour day costs from €62 in a 7-seat van to €115 in a 15-seat minibus, with the driver’s accommodation included. This rate stays lower than the single-day rate, because the tour guarantees several consecutive days of hire.
What is never charged as an extra?
Three charges never appear on the invoice: fuel, the number of passengers and crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass at 2,260 metres. The toll stays at zero on the N9 road between Marrakech and Ouarzazate.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Payment is made to the driver, in cash or by transfer, at the end of the service. Professional clients receive an invoice at 30 days, with Moroccan VAT at 20%. The full terms sit on the dedicated page.

How much does a 9-seat minibus cost per day?
A 9-seat minibus costs €85 a day, with 10 hours and 250 km included. The Ménara airport transfer costs €30 and the half day €55. All three rates include the driver and fuel.
Does the price change with the number of passengers?
No, the rate is fixed per vehicle. Four passengers in a 12-seat minibus pay €110 a day, the same as twelve. The price never depends on how full the vehicle runs.
Is a deposit required to book a minibus?
No deposit is asked below five vehicles. Above that, a 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is settled with the driver, in cash or by transfer, at the end of the service.
What cancellation policy applies to these rates?
Cancellation stays free up to 48 hours before departure. Between 48 and 24 hours, 30% of the price is withheld; below 24 hours, the withholding rises to 50%. The full detail sits on the dedicated page.
Is the rate the same on every route from Marrakech?
No, the rate depends on the distance and the length of the route. The transfer to Essaouira costs €125 in a 9-seat minibus, against €305 to Merzouga. Each route publishes its own detailed rate.
