Does the price already cover fuel and tolls?
Yes, every rate covers the driver, the fuel and the tolls. Only mileage past the daily allowance gets billed extra, between €4.00 and €5.50 per kilometre depending on vehicle capacity. Full detail sits on the rates page.
What capacity fits a group of ten people?
A 12-seat minibus fits ten passengers with full luggage, against a 9-seater already full at nine seats with no spare room. The 12-seat Sprinter holds 14 suitcases, five more than the 9-seat Hyundai Staria.
Does the same driver stay assigned across a multi-day tour?
Yes, a single driver covers the whole tour, from the first day to the last. His accommodation is included in the tour price, with no separate charge. The same vehicle carries the group across every stage, with no mid-tour change.
Is card payment accepted?
No, payment is settled in cash, in dirhams or euros, or by bank transfer. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the service. Professional clients settle on a 30-day invoice, with 20% Moroccan VAT added.
What happens on a cancellation under 24 hours before departure?
50% of the total amount is withheld for a cancellation under 24 hours before departure. Between 48 and 24 hours, the amount withheld drops to 30%. Tours of three days or more get a 7-day window for a full refund.
How many suitcases fit in the hold, by vehicle?
