Cancellation windows and forfeits
A cancellation made more than 48 hours before departure forfeits nothing. Between 48 hours and 24 hours, the forfeit rises to 30%, then to 50% under 24 hours. A no-show at the agreed meeting point forfeits 100% of the quoted amount.
Multi-day tours: an extended window
A tour of 3 days or more carries a full-refund window extended to 7 days before departure. Under 7 days, the same 48-hour and 24-hour tiers apply, just as on a short tour.
Cancellation by Kech Travel Bus
A mechanical breakdown, a weather event or a closed road triggers a full refund or a replacement vehicle within 90 minutes. The client chooses between the two options at the time of the incident, at no extra cost.
The Tizi n’Tichka pass, crossed on the N9 road between Marrakech and Ouarzazate, closes 2 to 5 days a year under snow, between December and February.
How to cancel a booking
Cancellation is made by phone or WhatsApp on +212 714 29 85 18, or by email at contact@kechtravelbus.com. The message states the quote number and the date of the booked service.
Refund processing time
The refund is paid through the same method as the original payment, in cash or by bank transfer. 5 working days by transfer, 10 days by card.
Forfeit by cancellation window
The forfeit rises from 0% beyond 48 hours to 100% for a no-show, with a middle tier of 30% between 48 hours and 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Does the deposit follow the same cancellation policy?
Yes, the forfeit also applies to the 30% deposit required from five booked vehicles upward. Below that threshold, no deposit is taken and the policy applies to the full quoted amount.
Does a delayed flight count as a no-show?
No, the driver waits 60 free minutes after the flight’s actual landing time. Beyond that, waiting is billed at €8 per hour, without the no-show forfeit applying. A no-show means a total absence at the meeting point.
Does cancelling one booking affect the others on the same quote?
No, each service booked on the same quote follows its own cancellation window. An airport transfer cancelled on its own does not change the booking for the linked tour. The two services stay billed and refunded independently.
