Hiring a minibus by the day books a vehicle and a driver for a fixed 10-hour block, with the itinerary decided on the day. Moroccan decree 1-63-260 requires a driver holding a category D licence and a professional card.
Unlike a transfer, this arrangement does not link one point A to one point B. The vehicle waits, drives and sets off again as the group needs, for the whole booked block.

How much does day-hire cost?
Day-hire starts at €70 for 10 hours with 250 km included, driver and fuel covered. A half day of 4 hours and 80 km costs €45, rising to €130 for a 15-seater.

Running over 10 hours or 250 km costs €8 per extra hour, plus the per-kilometre rate of the booked vehicle. That rate runs from €4 to €5.50 by capacity, and the driver agrees it on the spot, never after the fact.

No, the itinerary is decided on the day with the driver. The booking only fixes the duration, 4 or 10 hours, and the included mileage. Stops and destinations stay the group’s choice.
Can the destination change during the day?
Yes, within the 250 km radius and the booked 10 hours. The driver adjusts the route at every requested stop. Beyond the allowance, extra hours and kilometres are added at the rate agreed on the spot.
Can a booked day-hire be cancelled?
Yes, with a full refund more than 48 hours before departure. Between 48 and 24 hours, 30% is withheld; under 24 hours, that rises to 50%. A no-show forfeits 100% of the amount.
Does the service include meals and site entry fees?
No, only the driver, fuel and tolls are included. Meals, entry fees and the tip stay with the group. Water on board is supplied at no extra charge, one bottle per passenger for the full day.
