Does the driver track my flight if it is delayed?
Yes. The flight number is tracked in real time and the pickup time adjusts automatically. The first 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time are free, with no surcharge.
How far ahead must an airport transfer be booked?
12 hours is enough outside peak season. From March to May and from September to November, book at least the day before: late-afternoon arrival slots fill first. A same-day request is possible by phone, subject to driver availability.
Does the price change with the number of passengers?
No. The fare is set per vehicle. Two passengers in a 7-seater van pay €25, the same as seven passengers in the same vehicle. Luggage count does not change the displayed price either.
Can I pay by credit card?
No. Payment is made to the driver, in cash (MAD or euros) or by bank transfer, at the end of the service. Business accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms. Moroccan VAT at 20% applies to those business invoices.
What happens if my flight lands in Casablanca instead of Marrakech?
The trip changes shape. Casablanca Mohammed V sits 220 km from Marrakech, a 2 h 30 drive. That long-distance transfer is handled separately, on the Casablanca to Marrakech route. The same fixed-price policy applies on that longer route.
